All prices on the Site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including those with pricing errors.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address provided.
5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Many of our items are handmade, so colour, grain and finish may vary slightly from the photos shown. These variations are part of the character of each piece and are not considered faults.

All content on the Site — including text, photography and design — is owned by or licensed to Cove Direct and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cove Direct's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
