Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unwashed, unworn and free of damage caused after delivery.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with a return address and instructions within one business day.

Return shipping

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error, in which case Cove Direct will cover return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you. This sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Sale and final-sale items

Discounted items are eligible for the standard 30-day return policy unless explicitly marked "final sale" on the product page.
