Cancel before dispatch
You can cancel any order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our studio. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible.
How to cancel
Email [email protected] or call +61 7 4517 5030 with your order number. We'll confirm cancellation in writing and process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you are still covered by our 30-day return policy. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Custom and made-to-order items
Custom or made-to-order pieces can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production has usually started and cancellation may not be possible.
