Where we ship
Cove Direct currently ships to all Australian states and territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing times
Orders are dispatched from Rosebery, NT within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times
- Northern Territory: 3–5 business days
- Queensland, NSW, ACT, Victoria, South Australia: 4–8 business days
- Western Australia and Tasmania: 5–10 business days
- Remote and rural addresses may take an additional 2–4 business days
Shipping costs
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on cart weight. Orders over AUD $150 ship free Australia-wide. All prices on the site are in Australian Dollars.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the studio. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please email [email protected].
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.
